Return & Refund Policy

1. Return Eligibility Time Window

You may apply for a return or exchange within 30 calendar days from the date you receive the package. Return applications submitted after 30 days will not be accepted.

2. Eligible Return Conditions

Items can be returned only if all the following standards are met:
  1. Products are unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all original labels, tags and packaging intact.
  2. No stains, sweat marks, scratches or artificial damage on the fabric.
  3. Clear order number and purchase record can be provided.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Clearance sale items marked "Final Sale"
  • Custom personalized clothing
  • Socks, tights, underwear and other intimate kids apparel (hygiene restrictions)
  • Products damaged by improper washing, bleaching or human error

3. Return Operation Steps

  1. Send a return request email to info@dreamplushy.com, including your order number, item name, quantity and return reason. Our customer service will reply within 24 hours and provide a pre-paid return shipping label.
  2. Put all goods back into the original package, attach the return label and deliver it to the designated logistics carrier.
  3. We will inspect returned goods within 3–5 business days after receiving the package. Once inspection passes, we will process your refund or exchange.

4. Cost Allocation Rules

  1. Returns caused by our errors (wrong size, wrong style, defective fabric, missing accessories): We bear both original shipping cost and return shipping cost, full refund or free exchange.
  2. Returns for personal reasons (size mismatch, dislike color, unsuitable style): Buyer bears return shipping fee. The original delivery charge at checkout will not be refunded.
  3. Exchange service: One free exchange per order; secondary exchange requires the buyer to cover all round-trip shipping fees.

5. Refund Processing Details

  1. Approved refunds will be returned to your original payment account within 5–10 business days. The actual arrival time depends on your bank’s processing speed.
  2. Partial refund: If only part of the order is returned, we will refund the corresponding product amount minus applicable shipping fees.
  3. Store credit option: You can choose store credit instead of cash refund, and we will offer an extra 10% credit bonus for future purchases.

6. Damaged & Defective Goods

If you receive defective, torn, stained or misprinted clothing, take clear photos of the package and product within 48 hours of delivery and send them to our support email. We will arrange a free re-delivery or full refund without requiring you to return defective items.
