1. You must be at least 18 years old to place orders independently. If you are under 18, you may only shop with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
2. You warrant that all contact, shipping, and payment information you submit is true, accurate, and complete. You are solely responsible for any losses caused by false information.

3. Product & Pricing Rules

1. All items sold are kids’ apparel including newborn onesies, toddler dresses, pajamas and girl outfit sets. Product images, sizes and fabric descriptions are for reference only; slight color difference caused by screen display is not deemed a quality defect.
2. All prices are denominated in US Dollars, tax not included unless marked. We reserve the right to adjust product prices without prior notice; the price displayed at checkout is the final transaction price for your order.
3. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. If an item is listed with an obviously incorrect ultra-low price due to system failure, we may cancel your order and issue a full refund.

4. Order & Payment Terms

1. After you complete checkout and payment, you will receive an order confirmation email at info@dreamplushy.com. If you do not receive the email within 30 minutes, please contact our customer service.
2. We accept mainstream US payment methods including credit card, debit card, and Stripe electronic transfer. All payments will be charged to TRANQUIL TREASURES SHOP LLC.
3. Orders cannot be modified or canceled after entering shipping processing. If you need to cancel before shipment, send an email to info@dreamplushy.com with your order number, and we will process full refunds within 3 business days.

1. We are not liable for delivery delays caused by extreme weather, carrier logistics failure, customs clearance, force majeure or buyer-provided wrong shipping address.
2. Our maximum compensation liability for any dispute shall not exceed the total amount you paid for the corresponding order. We shall not compensate for indirect losses such as time cost, travel expenses, or lost profits.
