1. Shipping Coverage
We support shipping to all 50 states of the United States. At present, we do not provide international cross-border shipping services outside the US territory.
2. Order Processing Time
- All orders will be processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment. Processing excludes weekends and US federal public holidays.
- Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or holidays will start processing on the next working day.
- During peak seasons (Christmas, Black Friday, Children’s Day), processing time may extend to 3–5 business days, we will notify you via email in advance.
3. Delivery Time Standard

Note: Transit time is an estimated value, not a guaranteed delivery date. Logistics delays caused by carriers, weather or holidays are beyond our control.
4. Shipping Cost Rules
- Standard ground shipping is free for all orders over $75 within the continental US.
- Orders under $75 will charge a flat standard shipping fee of $6.99.
- Expedited shipping flat rate: $12.99, regardless of order amount.
- Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii will add a surcharge of $9.99 on top of standard shipping fees.
5. Shipment Tracking
Once your package leaves our warehouse, we will send a tracking number to your reserved email. You can track real-time logistics status on our website or official carrier websites (USPS, UPS). If tracking information fails to update for more than 5 days, contact our support team with your order number.
6. Undeliverable & Returned Packages
- If the package is returned to us due to incorrect address, recipient refusal, or missed delivery without pickup, the buyer shall bear the original shipping fee and a $8 re-delivery service charge for resending.
- If you choose to cancel the order after the package is returned, we will refund the product amount only, and shipping fees are non-refundable.
7. Shipping Exceptions
We do not take responsibility for lost or damaged packages caused by carrier mishandling. If you receive damaged goods or missing items, please provide photos of the outer package and damaged products within 48 hours of delivery; we will arrange re-delivery, partial refund or full refund according to the actual situation.
